240ml/8fl.oz. Milk
50g/2oz Rolled Oats
1 Banana
250g/9oz Strawberries
½ tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tbsp Honey or Maple Syrup
2-4 Ice Cubes, cracked

Place all of the Ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
